Telehealth Visits Still Mandatory During COVID-19
Updated 1/04/2021
As of Monday, January 4, 2021, El Paso county will now move from Stay At Home – Level Red into the new Safer At Home - Level Orange - High-Risk category. As we transition from Severe Risk down to High Risk level, we continue to evaluate the best practices to mitigate risk of exposure at Mountain View Psychiatry. In order to keep you and our staff safe, all appointments will continue as Telehealth visits until El Paso County is able to move back to Level Yellow- Caution.
New changes for appointments:
-
No new changes
Current procedures remaining the same:
-
All scheduled appointments will continue as Telehealth using the Zoom platform.
-
As an added security measure, Zoom appointments now require a passcode.
-
Zoom ID and Passcodes for your provider may be accessed in your appointment reminder emails.
-
We will continue our contactless office protocol, taking payments and scheduling appointments by phone. We are kindly asking patients to put a credit card on file so we may run your copayment on the day of your appointment.
We thank you for your cooperation during this challenging time. If you have any questions, please call us. We are here for you.
